QXO is seeking a Principal Executive Recruiter in Greenwich, Connecticut to lead full-cycle executive recruiting for VP, SVP, and C-suite roles. You will partner with senior executives, develop search strategies, and manage confidential searches while providing a high-touch candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of recruiting experience with a focus on executive and corporate recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with employer match and comprehensive health insurance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on Executive Recruiting.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for VP and C‑Suite level roles.
• Prior executive search firm or agency recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with senior executives.
