Robinhood is seeking an Executive Sourcer to identify and engage senior talent across functions. You’ll partner with Executive Recruiters and leaders to define profiles, conduct market research, and build targeted leadership pipelines for high‑impact searches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in executive search and managing the search process.
• Experience identifying passive candidates from top industry players through research, outreach, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to partner with recruiters and senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into sourcing strategies.
