Job summary

Orthodontic Experts is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead strategic recruitment for executive and leadership roles across our organization. You will collaborate with senior leaders to tailor search strategies and manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to offers.

Based out of Des Plaines, IL, this role requires healthcare or executive recruiting experience and willingness to travel to practice sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of healthcare or executive recruiting experience, dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive, leadership, and other high-level recruitment across the organization.
• Partner with senior leaders to define role requirements and talent needs.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external networks.
