Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Management LLC is seeking an Executive Recruiter to design and drive recruitment for executive and leadership roles across our organization. This role partners with senior leaders and hiring managers to define requirements, identify top talent, and manage the full lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.

Based in Des Plaines, IL, this full-time position requires travel to practice sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare or executive recruiting.
• Dental experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel to practice sites, schools, and industry events as needed.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for executive, leadership, management, and other high-level positions.
• Partner with leadership to understand requirements, competencies, and experience needed.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all searches; coordinate onboarding transitions.
