Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to drive recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiting analytics to report hiring progress.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to scale hiring across Stripe.
• Generate a healthy pipeline through branding, events and employee referrals.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics to drive decisions.
