Gosnaphop in San Antonio, TX seeks an experienced Executive Business Partner to serve as a strategic extension of the Founder & CEO. This role requires managing a complex calendar, coordinating travel, and aligning multiple ventures across domestic and international initiatives.

You will act as trusted advisor, drive priorities, and ensure seamless execution while maintaining confidentiality and professional judgment in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial family-office style environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience supporting Founders, CEOs, Presidents, or senior executives.
• Experience across multiple companies, investments, or business lines.
• Proven ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, founder-led environment.
• Strong calendar, travel, project management, and executive communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted extension of the Founder & CEO.
• Manage an exceptionally complex and dynamic executive calendar across multiple entities and priorities.
• Act as gatekeeper and facilitator to align CEO time with key objectives.
• Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
• Track strategic initiatives and follow-ups to ensure execution and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across multiple businesses and stakeholder groups.
