Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in executive support.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and expense reports to maximize leadership efficiency.
• Serve as an approachable extension of the CHRO to drive company culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, compile briefing materials, and track action items for executive and HR meetings.
• Partner closely with Verily Leadership Team (VLT) Executive Business Partners and cross-functional peers.
• Act as the central point of contact for PACT, routing inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
