Job summary

Accenture seeks an on-site executive operations professional to serve as the CLHRO's in-office point of contact in Dallas. You will manage the Chief Leadership & Human Resources Officer's agenda, surface decisions, and coordinate with the Chief of Staff, Operations Lead, and assistants, enabling strategic, discreet support.

You will leverage AI tools to improve workflows, stay ahead of priorities, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly with clarity, speed, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in executive operations, executive support, program/project management, or business operations
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
• Strong written and verbal communication, discretion, and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Be the CLHRO's in-office point of contact for time-sensitive questions and decisions
• Stay in the flow of work by maintaining context and managing inboxes
• Coordinate day-of execution across meetings, locations, and stakeholders
• Prepare briefing packs and materials for meetings
• Use AI tools to improve office operations and productivity
