Job summary

Twitch is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Head of Community Trust and the Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. You will join a dynamic EBP team delivering organizational coordination, project management, and strategic scheduling across multiple initiatives.

You will manage calendars, prepare executive-facing materials, and coordinate travel while fostering partnerships across Twitch, Amazon, and external teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment with multiple (5+) concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to structure ambiguous work into a clear plan with owners, milestones, and accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to distill complex work for any audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendaring and events for executives and teams.
• Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations.
• Develop processes to improve Rhythm of Business and coordinate strategic planning.
