Job summary

Twitch is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Head of Community Trust and the Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. You will join a fast-paced EBP team, coordinating calendars, travel, and communications, while partnering with executives and wider teams across Twitch and Amazon.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of program management, strong communication, and a collaborative, empathetic approach to influence without formal authority. The role offers multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment with multiple (5+) concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to take ambiguous, undefined work and structure it into a clear plan with owners, milestones, and accountability.
• Proven ability to influence without authority—building alignment and driving outcomes through trust.
• Comfort managing stakeholder relationships across levels, orgs, and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; distill complex work into updates for any audience.
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative orientation; build trust upwards, downwards, and across.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendaring and events based on Executive and Team priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive and their extended team; gain knowledge of Twitch business.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations.
• Manage expense reporting and approval on executives' behalf.
• Collaborate with EBPs across Twitch, Amazon, and external companies.
• Support the team: manage meetings and events, improve Rhythm of Business processes, coordinate operational planning and space planning, sit in on executive meetings to capture notes and decisions, act as Twitch culture ambassador.

About the Role

Twitch is hiring an Executive Business Partner to provide support and collaboration to the Head of Community Trust and the Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. You will be part of a dynamic EBP Team that requires high organization and responsiveness; and will be reporting directly to the Head of Community Trust. You are eager to take on a position that extends beyond traditional administrative responsibilities to involve project management and operational coordination.

You can work from Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; or New York, NY.

You Will:

• Manage complex calendaring and events based on Executive and Team priorities, while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts
• Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications
• Gain knowledge of team and overall Twitch business; serve as a strategic partner to the executive and their extended team
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations
• Manage expense reporting and approval on executives' behalf
• Work with other EBPs across Twitch, Amazon, and external companies
• Team Support:
  • Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of all recurring meetings and departmental events (offsites, All Hands, and conferences) while anticipating conflict
  • Develop processes to improve Rhythm of Business, managing its implementation across the organization
  • Manage logistics and strategic coordination of our operational planning (e.g. Amazon strategic deliverables, organizational budget, headcount planning, and space planning)
  • Available to sit in on executive meetings, while capturing notes and key decisions
  • Be a Twitch culture ambassador - create swag, recog

You Have:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment with multiple (5+) concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, undefined work and structure it into a clear plan with owners, milestones, and accountability.
• Proven ability to influence without authority – building alignment, navigating disagreement, and driving outcomes through trust rather than positional power.
• Comfort managing stakeholder relationships across levels (IC through Director+), across orgs, and across competing priorities. You know when to elevate, when to negotiate, and when to move forward.
• Strong written and verbal communication – able to distill complex work into clear, concise updates for any audience, from a Slack thread to an executive briefing.
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative orientation – you build trust quickly, upwards, downwards, and across. You lead with empathy, adapt your approach to the person and the context, and understand that relationships are the foundation of influence.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
