Job summary

Twitch is hiring an Executive Business Partner to support the Head of Community Trust and the Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. You will join a dynamic EBP team, handling complex calendars, confidential presentations, and travel coordination.

Based in multiple US cities, you will collaborate across Twitch, Amazon, and external partners, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring organized operations for executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment with multiple workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous work into a clear plan with owners and milestones.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes through trust.
• Comfort managing stakeholder relationships across levels and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for updates to any audience.
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendaring and events based on executive priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive and extended team.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations.
• Manage expense reporting and approval on executives' behalf.
• Collaborate with other EBPs across Twitch, Amazon, and external partners.
• Team support: oversee recurring meetings, rhythm of business, and strategic operational planning.
