Job summary

Twitch is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Head of Community Trust and the Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. You will join a fast-paced team, coordinate complex calendars, prepare confidential materials, and drive cross‑functional initiatives across Twitch and Amazon.

You will manage travel, meetings, and budget planning, while acting as a strategic partner and culture ambassador for the organization. Location options include Seattle, SF, LA, Irvine, or New York."

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management in a cross-functional environment with multiple (5+) concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to structure ambiguous work into a clear plan with owners, milestones, and accountability.
• Proven ability to influence without authority - building alignment and driving outcomes through trust.
• Strong written and verbal communication - distill complex work for any audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling for executives.
• Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications.
• Gain knowledge of team and Twitch business; serve as a strategic partner to the executive and their extended team.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations.
• Manage expense reporting and approvals on executives' behalf.
• Work with other EBPs across Twitch, Amazon, and external companies.
• Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of recurring meetings and events (offsites, All Hands, conferences).
• Develop processes to improve Rhythm of Business and implement across the organization.
• Coordinate operational planning including budget, headcount, and space planning.
• Attend executive meetings to capture notes and key decisions.
• Be a Twitch culture ambassador - create swag, recognition.
