Job summary

Twitch is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the Head of Community Trust and the Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. You will join a dynamic EBP team, handling complex calendars, travel logistics, and confidential communications for executives.

This role extends beyond administration into project management and operational coordination, with opportunities to influence cross-functional teams and partner with Twitch, Amazon, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment with multiple (5+) concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, undefined work and structure it into a clear plan with owners, milestones, and accountability.
• Proven ability to influence without authority – building alignment and driving outcomes.
• Comfort managing stakeholder relationships across levels and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendaring and events based on Executive and Team priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations; manage expense reporting.
• Work with other EBPs across Twitch, Amazon, and external companies.
