Job summary

Twitch is hiring an Executive Business Partner to support the Head of Community Trust and the Head of Policy, Outreach and Education. You will join a dynamic EBP team requiring high organization and responsiveness, reporting to the Head of Community Trust.

This role extends beyond admin tasks to include project management and operational coordination. You can be based in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, or New York, and will manage high-priority calendars, prepare confidential

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to structure ambiguous work into clear plans with owners, milestones and accountability.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes through trust.
• Strong communication across levels and functions; concise updates for executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendaring and events based on Executive and Team priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications.
• Gain knowledge of Twitch business and serve as a strategic partner to the executive and extended team.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations.
• Manage expense reporting and approval on executives' behalf.
• Collaborate with other EBPs across Twitch, Amazon, and external companies.
• Develop processes to improve Rhythm of Business across the organization.
• Coordinate operational planning, including budget and headcount planning.
• Attend executive meetings to capture notes and key decisions.
• Be a Twitch culture ambassador.
