Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a high-performance environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, chief of staff, or fast-scaling startup).
• Proven track record driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives to completion.
• Experience operating as a trusted proxy for a C-suite or senior executive.
• Expert-level proficiency with AI tools and modern productivity stacks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the President’s primary proxy—attending meetings, representing positions, and making decisions on their behalf when delegated.
• Own the President’s most critical cross-functional initiatives from briefing to completion.
• Anticipate needs and bottlenecks; proactively clear the path for maximum leadership leverage.
• Navigate internal and external conflicts with authority; negotiate and push for yes.
• Synthesize complex information into sharp, decision-ready briefs, memos, and presentations.
• Deploy AI tools, automation, and emerging tech to accelerate workflows.
