Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, meetings and travel arrangements for executives.
• Prepare decision-ready materials, briefings and summaries for leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas and follow-ups to ensure accountability.
• Develop project trackers, dashboards and templates to improve execution.
