Job summary

Enso Village seeks a Director of Executive Operations to partner with the CEO, drive strategic projects, and ensure governance excellence. You will liaise with leadership and the Board, coordinating priorities and communications for organizational impact.

The role emphasizes executive support, project management, and governance coordination, with a focus on sensitive information, compliance, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years supporting senior executives in healthcare, nonprofit, or senior living.
• Experience with governance, board liaison, and executive communications.
• Knowledge of California RCFE/Title 22 regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to the CEO, advancing priorities.
• Act as proxy for the CEO in select meetings and follow through on actions.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar for alignment and impact.
• Prepare briefings and reports for executive meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and governance processes.
• Liaise with the Board of Directors and committees; schedule and document meetings.
• Support onboarding for new board members and audits.
