Job summary

Enso Village, a Zen-inspired senior living community in Healdsburg, CA, seeks a Director of Executive Operations to partner with the CEO, drive strategic initiatives, and coordinate governance and board activities. This role combines executive support, project management, and organizational coordination to advance organizational priorities.

The position requires strong governance knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or senior living environments.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, strategic coordination, or operations support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and support execution of key initiatives.
• Act as proxy for the CEO in select meetings and ensure follow-through on action items.
• Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar for strategic alignment.
• Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and establish timelines and accountability.
• Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors and committees and maintain governance records.
