Job summary

RX Medical seeks a Director of Executive Operations to serve as the operating partner to the principals. This role translates intent into action, manages leadership communications, and ensures the organization executes on top priorities with high trust and autonomy.

The DEO will lead executive rhythm, prepare leaders for meetings, and drive execution across four major areas while AI tools handle routine data tasks, enabling judgment, relationships, and strategic focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a DEO, Chief of Staff, executive assistant to senior leadership, management consulting, or comparable operations/strategy role with direct executive exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting communications on behalf of senior leaders.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate) or comparable tools.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare distribution, or sales-driven contexts is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the principals' priority calendar.
• Triage all incoming communications — route, resolve, or escalate.
• Track every open commitment and drive it to closure.
• Run the weekly leadership operating rhythm.
• Prepare the principals for every meeting.
• Produce the weekly performance dashboard (revenue, activity, KPIs).
• Aggregate department reports into a consolidated view.
