Job summary

Vercel is seeking an Executive Marketing Program Lead in the San Francisco Bay Area to build and manage the executive engagement program. You will own the full lifecycle of a portfolio including the Executive Briefing Center, roundtables, advisory councils, and other high-impact experiences that advance priority opportunities.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, defining playbooks, content ecosystems, and a scalable operating model to measure success and drive

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in executive briefing programs or related events.
• Experience with C-level customers and enterprise audiences.
• Strong program management and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate account strategy into briefing agendas.
• Comfortable discussing developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the executive engagement strategy and audiences.
• Design and operate the Executive Briefing Center program and intake process.
• Define objectives with Sales and account teams and align to priorities.
• Create executive narratives and content themes with Marketing and Product.
• Recruit and coach executive and technical speakers.
• Manage end-to-end briefing experiences, including demos and hospitality.
• Build a scalable library of content and briefing modules.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, and scheduling.
• Define and report on program performance and ROI.
