Job summary

Marvel Marketers is seeking an experienced Event Program Manager to drive strategy, planning, and execution across high-visibility programs and executive forums. You will translate direction into action, manage multiple workstreams, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape outcomes.

In this role you’ll own cross‑functional event programs, coordinate speakers and venues, and ensure timely, accurate communications. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in event program management, experiential marketing, field marketing, executive programs, conferences, or related roles.
• Ability to independently manage complex programs with limited day-to-day direction.
• Strong written communication skills for polished stakeholder and attendee communications.
• Experience supporting senior or executive-level stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel for events and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Independently own significant workstreams across events and executive programs.
• Translate high-level direction into actionable event plans, milestones, and timelines.
• Develop workback plans, trackers, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Manage multiple programs with clear status, risks, and next steps.
• Coordinate speakers, sessions, and content from planning through delivery.
• Partner with agencies, production, marketing, and communications teams.
• Draft polished communications and provide proactive progress updates.
• Travel to priority events and support onsite execution.
