Job summary

Stripe Brand Studio seeks a Staff Program Manager to lead experiential program management across events and campaigns. You will partner with the Experiential Creative Director, scale event design, and ensure brand consistency across all surfaces.

You’ll drive timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with marketers, creatives, and agencies. You excel in turning complex roadmaps into actionable plans, balancing speed and quality, and delivering high craft across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in similar roles and industries.
• Think users first; understand needs and engage with them.
• Strong strategic acumen for developing complex program roadmaps and cross-functional processes.
• Can demonstrate strong design sense and industry knowledge for brand/event systems.
• Proven excellence in producing scalable, high-quality creative systems.
• Highly detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential program management across roadmap development, budget oversight, project scoping, timelines, resourcing, partner relationships, cross-functional communication, and scalable approaches.
• Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects, ranging from small to large scale.
• Partner with the Experiential Creative Director to scale event design and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with Corporate Events to ensure brand design integration across surfaces.
• Ensure smooth collaboration with leadership, creatives, partners, and vendors.
• Own project management through documentation, tooling, trackers, meetings, updates, and Slack.
• Source, onboard, and oversee external creative agencies.
• Connect silos, socialize changes, anticipate risks, and propose solutions to Brand Studio leadership.
• Navigate challenges, stay proactive, and look ahead for the team.
• Uphold design quality with cross-functional teams and vendors to exceed goals.
