Job summary

The Darden School Foundation in Rosslyn, Virginia is seeking a proactive Program Manager to oversee execution of open enrollment and custom executive education programs at UVA Darden DC Metro and other venues. You will coordinate logistics, manage communications, and ensure cost-effective program administration with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Four to five years of business and/or administrative experience in a customer relations capacity.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with enterprise technology solutions such as Event Registration tools, Learning Management Systems (e.g., NovoEd, Canvas), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience in event planning and hosting meetings/events via virtual platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx).
• Experience in program or project management.
• Strong customer service focus and excellent writing/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational aspects of assigned executive education programs or events, in person and virtual.
• Manage pre/post program communications, welcome letters, logistics info, visa requests, etc.
• Manage learning management systems and ensure materials are posted timely.
• Maintain program budgets balancing exceptional service with cost parameters.
• Travel regionally for offsite program support as required.
• Host and participate in virtual classes, events, and meetings.
• Maintain records and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery plans.
