The University of Virginia Darden School of Business is seeking a strategic Senior Director of Coaching and Career Education to lead MBA career education programming and employer engagement. This on-site role in Charlottesville will guide a portfolio of programs, coordinate curricula, and drive partnerships with industry and alumni to support MBA students in pursuing successful careers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; 9+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA from a top-tier, residential program strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise MBA students through individual coaching and group sessions.
• Develop and maintain the career education curriculum for MBA programs.
• Lead planning and scheduling of career education programming and workshops.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality student experience and program outcomes.
• Build relationships with employers, alumni, and recruiters to expand opportunities.
