Provincial Senior Living in Richardson, TX, seeks an Executive Director to lead a community focused on enriching seniors’ lives through personalized care, hospitality, and strong operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of managerial experience in senior living or healthcare, with proven budgeting, hiring, coaching, and occupancy-driving skills. You will oversee all departments and align with owners/board on financial targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in senior living, health care, or hospitality.
• Experience hiring, coaching, performance management and daily operations supervision.
• Proven ability to manage operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the community per owners’ and board standards and laws.
• Communicate a customer-focused vision based on resident-centered care.
• Develop external business relationships to drive referrals and occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain resident files.
• Meet financial targets and maximize capital partners’ return.
• Oversee all departments and ensure budget adherence and NOI targets.
