Job summary

Care To Stay Home Spokane is seeking an Executive Director to lead strategic growth and operational excellence across our Spokane region. You will drive client growth, oversee service delivery, and build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and community organizations to expand our reach.

You will guide and mentor managers, ensure exceptional client experiences from intake to discharge, and maintain accountability across the team while collaborating closely with the owner on growth

Qualifications

• At least three years of successful leadership experience.
• Ability to translate growth goals into priorities and measurable results.
• Experience developing managers and building an accountable culture.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills for referral partnerships.
• Respect for older adults and commitment to supporting caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth: develop and execute plans to increase active client base and weekly service hours while maintaining exceptional care.
• Build a strong team culture with clear expectations and open communication.
• Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations.
• Manage risk and pursue opportunities for sustainable growth.
• Support capital and expansion strategies with the owner.
• Represent Care To Stay Home at community and business events.
• Own the client experience from inquiry to discharge.
• Lead and develop managers responsible for recruiting, scheduling, client services, and marketing.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure commitments to clients and caregivers are met.
