The role emphasizes budget oversight, regulatory compliance, KPI reporting, and collaboration with the executive team to ensure high-quality patient care and timely referrals.

Competenze

• Five years or more of healthcare experience.
• Two years of operations leadership experience in healthcare.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor/Master’s desirable.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and execute strategic planning for market growth, census, staffing, retention, utilization and compliance.
• Oversee and manage the annual operating budget.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state regulations and other regulatory requirements.
