Job summary

TheKey, a long-standing home-based care provider, is seeking a Senior Regional Director to lead operations across a defined geography. You will drive growth, ensure high client and employee satisfaction, and maintain profitability with P&L responsibility exceeding $100M annually.

Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, recruiting and mentoring General Managers, building strategic partnerships, and guiding initiatives to meet short- and long-term regional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is desired; relevant professional experience may substitute.
• Five to 10 years experience in operations, preferably in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry.
• Strong people management experience.
• Excellent customer service and supervisory skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurate notes in systems related to client visits.
• Current driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Builds expertise in every phase of TheKey operations, from client management to staffing operations and referral marketing.
• Oversees operational performance across the defined geographic region.
• Manage a team of General Managers within a defined geographic region.
• Create and sustain relationships with key partners to build brand awareness and generate new clients.
• Improve client relationships, satisfaction, and retention through strong processes and oversight.
• Oversee day-to-day regional operations and address facilities issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team on strategic plans and market development.
