Job summary

BioMarin in San Rafael, CA seeks a Sr Executive Coordinator / Project Coordinator to support the Chief Scientific Officer. The role blends executive support with strategic project coordination across scientific and cross-functional initiatives, acting as a trusted extension of the CSO.

You will manage calendars, travel, agendas, and materials while coordinating RED LT activities and maintaining dashboards and trackers for milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting senior executives.
• Strong project coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex calendar and coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Prepare agendas and materials for key meetings and reviews.
• Draft communications and presentations with appropriate approvals.
• Coordinate RED LT activities and track deliverables and milestones.
• Maintain Teams/SharePoint workspaces and streamline workflows.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and act as CSO liaison.
