The ideal candidate acts as a trusted extension of the CSO, anticipating needs, organizing priorities, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities and strategic priorities with strong project coordination and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years supporting senior executives or C-suite.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• High discretion and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Executive support: manage complex calendars, travel, agendas, and communications for the CSO.
• Project coordination: track actions, milestones and risk; support reporting.
• Information & workflow: maintain Teams/SharePoint workspaces and streamline processes.
• Stakeholder engagement: liaise with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Represent CSO office professionally in internal & external interactions.
