Job summary

Capital One is seeking a high-energy senior Communications Associate to partner with executive leaders and shape the internal narrative for the Commercial Bank. You will translate complex banking strategies into engaging campaigns that connect associates to goals and culture.

You will write, refine, and produce internal content for senior leaders, manage intranet channels, and help ensure messaging aligns with the executive voice and Brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 3+ years in Corporate Communications or related supporting senior executives.
• 2+ years of experience with digital content tools (Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsibilities

• Partner with LOB leads to co-author and execute internal comms strategies for executives.
• Develop high-profile internal content for senior leaders.
• Elevate stories across the Commercial Bank and manage intranet content.
• Ensure messaging aligns with executive voice and Brand standards.
• Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Chiefs of Staff, HR, and business groups for alignment.
• Create diversity and inclusion communications.
• Use data and feedback to shape tactics.
