Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with LOB leads to co-author and execute internal comms strategies for executives.
• Write, refine, and produce internal content for senior leaders, including announcements and talking points.
• Elevate client and associate stories across the Commercial Bank.
• Manage intranet and internal channels aligned with executive voice and Brand standards.
• Guard the executive voice to ensure messaging is accurate and aligned with strategy.
• Establish and track engagement metrics to optimize communications.
• Collaborate with Chiefs of Staff, HR, and other groups to drive organizational alignment.
• Develop diversity, inclusion, and belonging communications.
• Use data and feedback to shape tactics.
