Job summary

Capital One is seeking a highly strategic communications professional to join our Commercial Banking Internal Communications team. As the Commercial Executive Communications Manager, you will drive the internal communications strategy for critical lines of business within Commercial Banking.

You will advise senior leaders and design, build, and scale communications that boost associate confidence in priorities and showcase momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement executive communications strategies that bring our business imperatives to life.
• Serve as a core strategic, trusted communications partner to senior executives and their leadership teams, providing real-time counsel on reputation, engagement, and change management to meet objectives.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Plan and prepare effective and thoughtful internal communications that engage and inspire leaders and associates – including narratives, key messages and announcements.
• Create engaging experiences and storytelling – including executive-led meetings, digital/video assets, presentations and special events.
