Filevine is a Legal AI company delivering Legal Operating Intelligence for the future of legal work. You will serve as the Executive Assistant to the CTO, acting as a trusted right hand for a ~350-person R&D organization spanning Engineering and Product.

You’ll own calendar architecture, travel, expenses, and cross-functional coordination across senior leaders. Ideal candidates have 3+ years as an EA supporting VP/C-level executives, require strong proficiency with Google Workspace,

Qualifications

• 3+ years as EA supporting VP/C-level executives.
• Experience supporting CTO, CPO, or other tech leaders is a plus.
• Strong calendar and scheduling skills with proactive problem-solving.
• Direct, clear communication across all levels of the org.

Responsibilities

• Master calendar architecture for the CTO and senior leaders.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes and action items.
• Oversee travel bookings, itineraries and expenses.
• Administer access and onboarding workflows across systems.
• Support budget tracking and offsite event planning.
