Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a CEO or senior leader is strongly preferred.
• Extremely organized with the ability to manage complex calendars and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Help the CEO stay organized and focused on top priorities.
• Own and manage a complex calendar across business and personal commitments.
• Manage the CEO’s email and LinkedIn inboxes, flag urgent items.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and related logistics.
• Prepare for investor meetings and assist with leadership initiatives.
