Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in executive support or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO calendar and manage time effectively.
• Coordinate leadership meetings and capture action items.
• Track projects and ensure milestones and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding of new executives and leaders.
• Draft executive communications and agendas.
