Job summary

PayPal in San Jose, CA is seeking an Executive Assistant Business Partner to support the VP of Enterprise Systems and Employee Technology. This strategic partner role manages calendars, travel, expenses, and trusted gatekeeping across a wide set of stakeholders in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience in executive support or technology environments.
• 8+ years as an executive assistant, including direct support of senior executives or technology leaders in large, global organizations.
• Experience supporting CIO/CTO or senior technology leaders is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and defend the executive's calendar, prioritizing meetings and travel.
• Act as gatekeeper and primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting materials and ensure follow-ups and decisions are tracked.
• Collaborate with peers and internal partners while maintaining strong relationships.
