Bingham Healthcare in Blackfoot, ID is seeking an Assistant to the IT Director to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the IT Director and leadership team, managing calendars, communications, vendor relationships, and project follow-up.

The role requires organizational excellence, discretion with confidential information, and strong Microsoft 365 skills to support a range of IT initiatives, device management, meetings, and reporting for the technology services team.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Device and Cellular Service Management: administer Verizon wireless and device program, manage device provisioning and invoicing.
• Executive and Administrative Support: manage IT Director's calendar, communications, and travel arrangements; prepare executive documents.
• Project and Operational Coordination: assist planning, tracking, and reporting IT projects; coordinate cross-team communication and documentation.
• Reporting and Communications: generate metrics, dashboards, and executive summaries; support IT project communications and outages.
• Office and Department Administration: organize events, maintain filing systems, onboard new IT employees, and support leadership.
