Baseten is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Head of Marketing, handling a broader operating rhythm beyond calendar management and ensuring priorities stay aligned in a fast-growing AI startup.

You will work closely with senior marketing leaders, and serve as a trusted point of coordination for employees, customers, agencies, and external partners. Strong organization and judgment are essential.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years supporting senior leaders in a high-growth technology company or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing operating rhythms, campaign cycles, and fast-moving GTM teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and details.

Mansioni

• Own complex calendar management for the Head of Marketing, balancing priorities.
• Prepare agendas, materials, context, logistics, and follow-ups for meetings.
• Coordinate recurring operating cadences including marketing reviews and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate executive meetings with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Manage executive inbox, triage requests, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Plan domestic and international travel with seamless logistics.
• Support team offsites and milestone events from venue to budget.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing leadership processes for efficiency and reliability.
