Kids for the Future is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Head of Distribution in Philadelphia. The role provides strategic administrative support, coordinating meetings, communications, and CRM data to enable the sales team to operate efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services sales or sales leadership.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Impeccable organization and time management skills; strong internal motivation.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and devise creative solutions to complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective daily operations of the sales team through coordination with the Head of Distribution.
• Encourage and enhance the flow of information across the sales team and between departments.
• Provide day-to-day support for the Head of Distribution; including coordination of meetings, meeting prep, calendar management, managing interactions within the sales team, and organizing executive level communications.
• Coordinate tracking and reporting of sales opportunities through their lifecycle for leadership’s visibility.
• Support accuracy and organization of sales data within the CRM by coordinating with the members of the sales team and the Head of Distribution.
• Identify and recommend improvements and efficiencies to the sales team’s ongoing operations.
• Philadelphia office support for board meetings, events, etc.
• All other duties as assigned.
