Job summary

Printfresh is seeking an experienced Assistant to the Creative Director to keep the executive's calendar aligned with top priorities and business goals. This in-person role supports product, merchandising, and marketing teams from our Philadelphia office.

You will organize meetings, gather context, and ensure timely follow-through on action items, while coordinating with design, product, and marketing teams to keep projects on track and moving forward.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience supporting a founder, executive, or senior leader in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive problem solving.
• Excellent communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Creative Director's calendar with a results focus and prioritize high-impact work.
• Prepare meetings, gather context, and ensure team readiness and follow-through.
• Assist with design and product meetings, track milestones, and support with presentations.
