Job summary

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) in Princeton, N.J. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other executives. This role requires a commitment to equity and strong organizational skills to manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and support strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in an executive office environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. A non-negotiable starting salary of $76,700 is offered.

Qualifications

  • A combination of education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience in executive office.
  • Strong project planning, organization, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars for the COO and AVP, Operations.
  • Coordinate travel for the COO and AVP, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Support planning and execution of meetings and special projects.
