SpinCo is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Legal Officer. The role requires strategic, execution-oriented support across executive administration, Board governance, event planning, and legal operations.

You will leverage AI-powered tools and workflow automation to streamline processes. The ideal candidate combines traditional executive support excellence with business and financial acumen, strong project management, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of progressively responsible executive assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders or equivalent project/operations role.
Experience supporting Board of Directors activities and governance processes.
Strong project management discipline including milestone planning, risk management, status reporting, budget tracking.

Responsibilities

Develop organizational strategy and enhance process standards across global Legal and HR teams.
Manage the Chief Legal Officer's global calendar and key priorities.
Coordinate meetings, Board events, leadership reviews, and customer engagements.
Arrange domestic and international travel, visas, itineraries, logistics.
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Maintain confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.
Identify opportunities to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
