Job summary

White Cap is seeking a senior legal operations leader to advance the department's efficiency and technology-enabled services. You will manage analytics, budgeting, vendor relations, and governance, while driving strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

You will evaluate and deploy AI-enabled tools, develop reporting dashboards, and partner with leadership to optimize value creation across the legal function.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree and relevant project management certifications.
• Experience in e-billing and matter management, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience with board governance matters and reporting to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Improve legal department processes by adopting new tools and driving change.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reports on efficiencies and cost savings.
• Support budgeting, accruals, forecasting and financial reporting for the legal function.
• Lead the rollout and training for new systems and processes across the department.
• Evaluate and govern AI-enabled legal tech tools and data governance initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge resources, templates, and intake processes for internal clients.
• Oversee e-billing and matter management and manage outside counsel relationships.
