Walden Robotics seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the C-suite, driving operational excellence and acting as a trusted advisor. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare executive communications, and lead cross-functional initiatives with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
• Proven strategic partner with discretion in handling confidential information.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones for C-suite members.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and meetings end-to-end.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications.
• Track expenses, invoices, and reimbursement requests.
• Partner with other EAs and drive cross-functional projects.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize scheduling and workflows.
