Galapagos Federal Systems LLC seeks an Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and logistical support to a Senior Materiel Leader and Materiel Leader within the Space Systems Command.

You will coordinate calendars, meetings, and communications, ensure readiness, and manage documentation. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD experience are highly valued in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years in executive-level admin, staff officer, or program support in DoD, federal government, or similar mission-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Senior Leader activities across SYD 81, PAE-Infrastructure leadership, staff, DPAE, and PSAs.
• Manage SML and ML calendars, correspondence, meetings, and logistics.
• Coordinate SYD-level meetings including MS Teams, readiness, and visitor access.
• Collect and consolidate readiness data, RSVPs, and Visit Access Requests (VARs).
• Support SML-level facilities, supplies, records, and documentation management.
• Track actions in ETMS2 and manage task assignments.
