Job summary

Brose North America Inc. seeks a capable analyst/strategy professional in Auburn Hills, MI to independently prepare data, create executive-ready presentations, and support cross-functional tasks for senior leadership.

You will coordinate management meetings, track follow-ups, and help develop strategic road maps that align stakeholders across HR, sourcing, and operations while facilitating senior decision processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• Advanced quantitative, numerical and financial analytical capability.
• Ability to lead and effectively manage multiple, simultaneous projects across stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate senior management decision processes.
• Ability to think strategically and link big pictures with facts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present data for executive management with complex presentations and charts.
• Prepare and follow-up management meetings, including minutes and actions.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, facilities, and board visits; record minutes.
• Analyze internal/external environment; develop strategic options and business cases.
• Control the internal information flow and selective information transfer.
• Support internal marketing planning and execution with management approval.
• Prepare regional plant reviews with senior management.
• Coordinate Vice President’s schedule and appointments.
