Blue Signal is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to a high-performing business leader expanding multiple initiatives. This role is a strategic operational partner, leveraging AI to improve workflows and create the structure that enables growth.

You will manage priorities, communications, and day-to-day activities, draft professional content with Claude AI, coordinate projects, and support CRM and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows (e.g., Claude).
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary executive support resource, managing priorities and day-to-day operations.
• Partner with leadership to transform ideas into organized plans and deliverables.
• Draft professional content, reports, and presentations using Claude AI.
• Coordinate multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Support CRM updates, process docs, and marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and reduce administrative burden.
• Anticipate executive needs and maintain follow-through on delegated tasks.
