Responsibilities

• Develop and independently own and execute initiatives within the Data & Analytics Organization from inception to completion.
• Apply structured problem-solving to address top strategic priorities.
• Lead working groups and brainstorming sessions to support leadership decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation and drive changes.
• Collaborate with teams across LOBs, central teams, and corporate functions to turn strategy into action.
• Prepare executive communication materials and present analyses to senior executives.
• Develop and operationalize key metrics to measure success and enable strategic solutions.
• Ensure compliance with approved risk and controls processes.
• Drive day-to-day problem solving to facilitate recommendations and push the team agenda.
• Understand leader's intent and take initiative in the absence of specific instructions.
