Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced leader to advance data product development within the Chief Data & Analytics Office. You will partner with Lines of Business and Corporate Functions to deliver prioritized data products, while ensuring catalog registration and governance across the firm.

You will define metrics, synthesize insights for senior management, and translate complex data concepts for business stakeholders, fostering collaboration across CDAO teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data management, data engineering, AI or ML domains.
• 3+ years in product management, design, engineering, data analysis or user research.
• Ability to translate complex data needs into actionable plans and narratives.

Responsibilities

• Execute and refine data product development approaches within JPMorgan Chase.
• Gather feedback from data product teams and pilots to refine guidance.
• Collaborate with Lines of Business and Corporate Functions to define high-priority data products.
• Ensure data products are registered in the Firmwide data catalog for discoverability.
• Lead creation of strategic reports and white papers on data strategy initiatives.
• Define data product metrics (OKRs/KPIs) and provide insights to senior management.
• Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other CDAO teams to refine data strategies and approaches.
• Serve as trusted advisor to data leaders to drive best practices.
